My first visit was 4/29, my best friend and I went and we were greeted by the amazing staff, we ordered 2 catfish plates & boyyy was it good. Everything was fresh, flavorful, steaming hot ! We also met the man, Mr.Cajun who is a very humble, sweet guy. He even gave us cajun corn 10/10 & Gumbo 10/10 to try & he knew what he was doing because I then returned yesterday 5/3 with my fiancee. We got gumbo, turkey neck w/rice, boudin balls, cajun corn, catfish, banana pudding with & without cookies, kool-aid & kool-aid pickles. Once again everyone was very sweet, welcoming & attentive. The food was ON POINT, per usual. This spot is a MUST TRY !!

When I say I'm glad the other business I had stopped to eat at didn't want my money; I was happy to give it here. Mr. Cajun himself suggested I try the gumbo. So, of course, I tried it. I also ordered the 3 piece fish. IT IS CATFISH, not SWAI!!The fish was seasoned to perfection. The crunch of the fish was an automatic 10. The dining experience was personable. The owner is definitely a people person and KNOWS what he's doing. If you hadn't stopped by, what are YOU waiting on?

OMG!!!! They were very welcoming they direct you to food specials depending on the day and a tall banner showing them too. Plenty of space love their setup for seating and 2 fridge/freezers that hold their special in home made sides and desserts. Love the drink and daiquiri selection plus ALL their machines are working unlike other places . I met a Lousiana lady that came from Arlington at 30mins away just to try their Catfish and Fries.

The most exceptional hospitality I've encountered recently was provided by the owner himself, who demonstrated remarkable patience and concern for our dining experience at his establishment. However, the cuisine truly stood out. Fresh, expertly seasoned, and utterly delicious, it defied the common perception that Cajun food is overly spicy, instead offering a depth of flavor. We sampled the gumbo, turkey neck and shrimp boil, wing boil with ramen, and lemon pepper wings, all of which exceeded our expectations and ensured a return visit.

For starters, From the minute we walked in I noticed one particular person whose beauty, style and energy was everything and her smile never left! She was a whole vibe and so dang sweet! And the presentation of our food was so awesome! Both lovely women working were truly amazing and so generous to us. They were very observant and tentative of all customers wants and needs! They literally catered to everyone and made it their duty to make sure everyone was happy and didn’t want for anything. I loved that they were consistently cleaning and checking in. Very proactive. My mother mentioned she was coughing and the owner was so nice and brought her water. They truly gave family vibes. Our food was good as well! Fried corn is a must try!! There’s a few other things I’d like to try next time so I’ll definitely be back.

Food was amazing! Got the catfish and shrimp combo along with a 10 piece hot honey, all I can say is chefs kiss and then to top it all off they took the tails off the fried shrimp , that’s love right there! Last boy certainly not least I had to finish it with a Soulja slim daq which was recommended to me and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I was told walking out that I’d be back as it was my first time... and I can confidently say I’m going back. 10/10 forget 5

I recently dined at Mr. Cajuns on Lake June, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! The crawfish was absolutely amazing—soaked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The turkey necks and shrimp were equally impressive; everything was spot on! The customer service was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our meal. My two daughters loved their meals as well, and my toddler particularly enjoyed the wing basket, which was also fantastic. I can confidently say that Mr. Cajuns will be one of my weekly spots from here on out. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re looking for delicious Cajun cuisine!
